Indexing

A well-structured index can transform your nonfiction work from an interesting read to an invaluable, timeless reference.

I specialize in cookbook indexes. In the past I’ve indexed trade nonfiction books, government publications, and textbooks, but at the moment I’m taking cookbook projects exclusively. I’d be happy to recommend trusted colleagues if you’re looking for an indexer for a non-cookbook publication!

I’m a member of the Indexing Society of Canada and a former instructor of the course “Indexing: An Essential Art and Science” for Simon Fraser University Continuing Studies.
